How to report an emergency

You do not need an account. A district officer reviews every report before an official incident is opened.

    You get a reference as soon as the report is received. Copy it or write it down.

    Track the status

    Come back anytime and enter the reference to see whether it has been reviewed.

Safety Guidance

  • Flash floods

    Move to higher ground immediately. Avoid crossing flooded roads or wadis on foot or by vehicle.

  • Fires

    Keep a clear path to exits in markets and homes. Report smoke or fire immediately via the hotline.

  • Drought

    Store drinking water, protect livestock where you can, and follow water-rationing notices from the district.

  • Storms

    Secure your home, store drinking water, and follow evacuation orders from district officers without delay.

Do I need an account to report?

No. Anyone can file a report. An optional citizen account only helps you see your past reports in one place.

Is my phone number shown on this page?

No. The optional phone number is stored for responders and is never published on the public site.

What happens after I submit?

A district officer reviews the report. If it is verified, it can be opened as an official incident. Use your reference number to check status.
